Morning Devotion: Read Proverbs
Proverbs 30:29 There be three things which go well, yea, four are comely in going: 30 A lion which is strongest among beasts, and turneth not away for any; 31 A greyhound; an he goat also; and a king, against whom there is no rising up.
The lion in our text represent the Lion of the tribe of Judah; we saw the greyhound; now we shall look at the he goat.
He is the one who is very skilled at climbing. If you have ever watched videos of the goats climbing the high rocks and cliffs you will know of their great skill.
They remain in the high places where there are little distractions and great safety. Are you a distracted believer?
2Samuel 22:34 He maketh my feet like hinds' feet: and setteth me upon my high places.
Psalm 18:33 He maketh my feet like hinds' feet, and setteth me upon my high places.
Habakuk 3:19 The LORD God is my strength, and he will make my feet like hinds' feet, and he will make me to walk upon mine high places. To the chief singer on my stringed instruments.
Isaiah 57:15 For thus saith the high and lofty One that inhabiteth eternity, whose name is Holy; I dwell in the high and holy place, with him also that is of a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite ones.
My dear friend, it is only the Lord that can bring you to that place. Only the Lord can give you that freedom and peace.
John 8:36 If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.
If you desire to be saved and experience the love from God through His Son Jesus Christ you may. By faith, simply pray this prayer believing with all your heart.
“God I know I am a sinner in need of salvation. I now repent of my sin asking you to save me. Please come into my heart and save my soul for I cannot save myself. I now place my faith and trust in Jesus Christ my Lord and Saviour whom you have sent.”
Please let us know if you have made that decision.
The choice is still yours,
